Make a difference as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) serving elementary students in a collaborative school environment! This contract opportunity enables you to support students from PreK through 5th grade, working closely with faculty and young learners to help them discover their voice and achieve communication milestones.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct speech-language pathology services to elementary students, averaging 60 service hours per month
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborating with teachers, support specialists, and families to deliver integrated support
- Completing thorough assessments, progress reports, and relevant documentation in alignment with school and regulatory standards
- Participating in IEP meetings to advocate for student success
- Flexibility to provide services primarily onsite, with some consideration for virtual teletherapy (VOCO) options
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- An active Maryland SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Experience working in Maryland schools preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for supporting diverse elementary-age learners
Enjoy working within a welcoming and resourceful school setting in the Easton, MD area, with a schedule of approximately 35 hours per week during the academic year. The position starts August 26, 2026, continuing through June 11, 2027.
