School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Easton, Maryland

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or supervision available for Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• School-based experience preferred, with strong skills in evaluation and treatment of speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication disorders
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students as outlined in IEPs or intervention plans
• Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and write clear, actionable reports
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support student success in the classroom
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing insights and updates on student goals and progress
• Engage with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize support for each student
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school, state, and federal regulations
