Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CCC-SLP certification
• Experience in school-based settings and/or healthcare environments preferred
• Familiarity with screening, assessment, intervention, IEP development, and record-keeping
• Comfort with onsite-only therapeutic delivery (no teletherapy)
• Effective communicator with students, families, and school personnel

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Assist teachers in identifying and referring students with communication challenges
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnoses
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans/IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide modifications and consultations
• Maintain thorough, compliant records and documentation
• Engage parents and provide inservice training to staff
