Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP certification
- Experience in school-based settings and/or healthcare environments preferred
- Familiarity with screening, assessment, intervention, IEP development, and record-keeping
- Comfort with onsite-only therapeutic delivery (no teletherapy)
- Effective communicator with students, families, and school personnel
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized therapy to students with speech and language needs
- Assist teachers in identifying and referring students with communication challenges
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnoses
- Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans/IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide modifications and consultations
- Maintain thorough, compliant records and documentation
- Engage parents and provide inservice training to staff
