We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide vital services to preschool-aged students (ages 3-5) within welcoming school environments. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments for diverse learners, ranging from articulation needs to limited communication abilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, targeting each child’s unique communication goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to deliver holistic services and maximize student successes
  • Leading small group or one-on-one therapy sessions, both in classroom and designated therapy spaces
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and progress notes for each student on your caseload (no more than 50 students)
  • Participating in IEP meetings, progress updates, and multidisciplinary team discussions to advocate for students’ needs
  • Providing guidance to caregivers and staff on effective strategies for supporting communication at home and in the classroom

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure and certification for schools
  • Experience with early childhood populations or a sincere interest in supporting ages 3-5
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively with families and school teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability—willing to adjust hours or schedules to help accommodate student needs
  • Compassionate, creative approach to therapy, with a commitment to fostering growth and inclusion

This contract role begins October 1, 2026 and runs through July 30, 2026, with schedule flexibility between the hours of 7:45am and 3:15pm and openness to part-time contributions.
