Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA certification (CCC) highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong assessment and therapy planning skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Passion for fostering student growth and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students with a variety of communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on thorough evaluations
- Deliver targeted speech and language therapy, utilizing both group and one-on-one approaches
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Partner with teachers, counselors, and parents to support positive outcomes
- Contribute expertise in multi-disciplinary team meetings and training sessions as required
