Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold current licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Experience or strong interest in working within elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable providing both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Adaptable and motivated to work in a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across various age groups
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve student outcomes
  • Participate in and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and regularly report on student success
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student growth
