What You’ll Need:

  • Current Colorado Department of Education licensure for SLPs
  • Valid Colorado SLP license
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly desired
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiasm for fostering student growth and development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with various speech and language needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement interventions
  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide consultative support and professional guidance to staff regarding speech and language issues in the classroom
