School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Ecorse, Michigan

Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school-based setting near Ecorse, Michigan! In this role, you’ll work exclusively onsite, providing evaluations, therapy, and support across a diverse K-12 caseload. Use your expertise to help students overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential in a supportive academic environment.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Hold an active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Possess CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Prior school-based SLP experience is a plus
• Must be able and willing to work onsite (virtual/remote options not available)
• Passion for working with children and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy for students in grades K-12
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in meetings as needed
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to individual student needs
