We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you will work onsite with a diverse K-12 student population, helping them overcome communication barriers and achieve their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations.

  • Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy to a K-12 caseload.

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.

  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely documentation of student progress, evaluation reports, and IEP minutes.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP reviews.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

  • Licensure: Must hold a valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist license from the State of Michigan (LARA) by the start date.

  • Setting: Must be willing and able to work completely onsite within the local area.

  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply.

  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a patient, student-centered approach.
