Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state licensure for practicing Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates welcome; supervision available for Clinical Fellows
  • Experience working in school settings preferred, though not required
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • Passion for fostering student progress through evidence-based intervention

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals
  • Deliver therapy sessions individually or in small groups, adapting to students’ needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support personnel
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in compliance with school standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
