Qualifications:
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) in North Carolina
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status
- Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families
- Deliver therapy sessions individually and in groups
- Maintain documentation and progress reports according to district and state standards
- Consult with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support student success
