Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Eden Prairie, MN

Bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to an engaging, supportive school-based role for the upcoming 2024–2025 academic year. This full-time or part-time contract opportunity is located onsite near Golden Valley, Minnesota, within easy reach of Eden Prairie. You’ll have the flexibility to shape your ideal caseload—whether your passion is working with younger students, focusing on evaluations, managing IEPs, or conducting testing.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• U.S. work authorization is mandatory
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure for the state of Minnesota
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or candidates in their Clinical Fellowship Year welcome
• Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations highly preferred
• Familiarity with completing evaluations, leading IEP meetings, documenting progress, and evidence-based therapy approaches
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and school teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students across a preferred caseload
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights for student success
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to implement and monitor IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and district policies
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices
