Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Eden Prairie, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Hold ASHA Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competency, or be in Clinical Fellowship Year
• Valid or pending Minnesota SLP license
• 2+ years of experience serving school-based or pediatric caseloads, with strengths in direct teletherapy and IEP development
• Proficient in basic technology with access to computer and webcam
• Capable of passing a technical screening and internet speed test
• Carry active professional liability insurance with 500K/500K coverage annually
• Experience with student assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech and language disorders
• Design and implement individualized goals and therapeutic interventions
• Deliver teletherapy both individually and in-group sessions, maximizing engagement and outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to drive student progress
• Maintain documentation and monitor student advancement towards IEP goals
