We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to PreK-12th grade students. By partnering with educators and families, you’ll assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans, empowering learners to meet their speech and language goals.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license (active or pending)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
  • At least two years of previous school-based experience
  • Understanding of teletherapy techniques and related technology
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
  • Ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
  • Annual liability insurance coverage (minimum of 500K/500K)
  • Competence in using computers, webcams, and digital platforms for therapy
  • Open to candidates who have completed their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as well as those with experience in school-based or healthcare SLP/SLPA roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat students with speech and language disorders in a virtual environment
  • Develop and execute Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals and monitor progress
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support personnel, and parents
  • Maintain thorough and accurate progress notes and reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Provide both direct and indirect student services
