Desired Qualifications:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid (or pending) Minnesota SLP License
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a school-based setting
  • Proficiency with technology; ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
  • Liability insurance with annual coverage of $500K/$500K
  • Experience with teletherapy platforms preferred
  • Skills working with pediatric populations (including PreK-12)
  • Knowledge of both direct and indirect therapy models

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions and ongoing progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student goals
  • Contribute documentation and reports to comply with school and regulatory standards
