Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid Florida State License
• Experience supporting elementary-aged children, ideally within school settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, educators, and families
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage scheduling
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary school students
• Work closely with educators and school staff to develop and implement targeted therapy plans
• Provide direct one-on-one care and therapeutic support to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and communication with stakeholders
• Participate in meetings with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education to deliver the highest level of care
