Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current and valid Florida State License in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Strong communication skills to work with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain thorough documentation and session notes

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create holistic approaches for student growth
• Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and compliance documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development as required
