Speech Language Pathologist in Eden Prairie, MN

This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, starting ASAP and continuing through June 4, 2026. You’ll work as part of a collaborative educational team, serving a diverse caseload and making a positive impact on students’ growth and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota state SLP license
• SLP-CCC certification preferred
• Prior experience in a school setting or with K-12 students is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Deliver therapy sessions that align with each student’s IEP goals
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ communication needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive support plans
• Stay up to date with current best practices and professional development in speech-language pathology
