Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure as an SLP in Minnesota, with CCC credential required
  • Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP process, assessments, and evidence-based therapy practices
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability within a diverse school community

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in group and individual settings
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development and meetings
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff, educators, and families to foster student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reporting per district and state guidelines
  • Develop creative therapy activities tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school community events
