Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Eden Prairie, MN

Qualifications & Credentials:

• Active State Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Minnesota
• CCC-SLP credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Valid Educator Credential: Professional License, Level 2, 3, or 4 (as recognized by Minnesota standards)
• Demonstrated experience providing speech/language therapy in K-12 school settings preferred
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding special education services
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct treatment to students with speech, language, fluency, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and track student progress
• Work closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with school and state protocols
• Contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere for students and staff
