This contract opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide essential services for two middle schools. You’ll work alongside a dedicated SLPA, offering oversight and guidance while focusing on program quality and student outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license for Minnesota with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous experience within a school setting preferred
  • Ability to offer supervision and direction to an SLPA
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to culturally inclusive and student-centered practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, mentor, and support the SLPA to ensure effective delivery of therapy
  • Evaluate and assess students for speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and district protocols
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy when necessary and serve as a resource for school staff

This is a full-time, onsite-only position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, offering stability throughout the school year.
