Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Eden Prairie, MN

Desired Expertise:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or eligible Minnesota licensure as an SLP
• SLP-CCC preferred; strong SLP-CFY candidates are also encouraged
• Previous experience in school settings providing IEP-driven therapy and documentation
• Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide therapy services to a diverse student caseload
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning outcomes
• Document sessions, progress, and maintain compliance with state and local guidelines
• Participate in meetings and professional development as appropriate
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment where every student’s communication potential is nurtured
