This full-time contract opportunity offers you the chance to support students’ communication growth and collaborate with dedicated educators and families. The assignment runs from August 24 through October 14, providing a valuable experience in a supportive setting.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active Minnesota SLP or SLPA license
  • Minnesota Teaching Certificate required
  • Experience or training in pediatric or school-based speech therapy (CCC, CFY, or SLPA backgrounds welcome)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with a diverse elementary and secondary student population in a team-oriented environment

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, therapeutic intervention, and progress monitoring to students requiring speech and language support
  • Work alongside teachers, administrators, and special education staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Foster a positive, engaging therapy environment to support each student’s unique learning needs
  • Document services and monitor progress according to district guidelines
  • Participate in meetings with families and staff to discuss goals and strategies
