Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license or eligibility for SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience or interest in working with school-aged children
- Knowledge of IEP development and documentation
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Strong organizational abilities and time management
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of 8-10 students
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and reporting
- Offer consultative support and resources to school teams as needed
- Foster inclusive, supportive learning environments where all students can thrive
