Step into a rewarding part-time role supporting students’ growth and communication skills in a school setting near Eden Prairie, MN. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide high-impact speech-language services in a collaborative and welcoming environment. With a .2 FTE schedule—two half days per week—you'll have a consistent, focused caseload, making a tangible difference for 8-10 students.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state license or eligibility for SLP licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience or interest in working with school-aged children
  • Knowledge of IEP development and documentation
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
  • Strong organizational abilities and time management

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of 8-10 students
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and reporting
  • Offer consultative support and resources to school teams as needed
  • Foster inclusive, supportive learning environments where all students can thrive
