Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP applicants; associate’s or bachelor’s degree for SLPAs
- Active state licensure (Minnesota) or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology or as an SLPA
- Experience with K-12 populations in schools or healthcare environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to serving diverse student communities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students on a preK-8 caseload
- Conduct speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain compliance with educational guidelines
- Adapt services to meet students’ individual needs
