Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Eden Prairie, MN

Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students in a dynamic school setting near Eden Prairie, MN. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll play a key role in helping children develop essential communication skills that set the foundation for lifelong learning. This position is set to begin in April and extends through May 2027, offering the stability of a long-term assignment.

Candidates with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are both encouraged to apply. Your expertise and compassion will make a daily difference in the lives of young learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Minnesota SLP licensure
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Flexibility to adapt therapeutic approaches based on student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educators to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
• Implement evidence-based strategies and modify interventions to help each child succeed
