This full-time role features a manageable caseload of 50-60 students and welcomes both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Immediate interviews are available for highly qualified applicants ready to make an impact in the upcoming school year.

Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
  • Current North Carolina licensure and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and SLPs with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience within school settings is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, student-focused environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and document student progress
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions as needed
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to support student achievement and development
