Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Valid state SLP license
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for middle and high school populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students, delivering both individual and group-based interventions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine student needs and develop appropriate IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
• Maintain detailed session notes, progress reports, and required documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the school’s special education program
• Support students with a range of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication challenges
