Step into an engaging educational contract opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists this fall. This assignment begins in September 2026 and runs for 12 weeks, with over 35 hours per week dedicated to supporting students' communication and learning goals. There are three full-time openings in elementary school settings with a focus on servicing K-5th grade students, particularly those in high Autism and preschool populations.

Your expertise will be especially impactful at locations serving diverse student needs. Assignments are onsite only, ensuring you play an integral part in the educational environment from day one. While Clinical Fellows are welcomed to apply, they must have access to outside supervision as the district does not provide supervision. SLPs holding CCCs will be prioritized for consideration. Please note that SLPAs are not eligible for these roles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current NJ SLP License and active NJ Speech-Language Specialist Certification
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with children on the autism spectrum is highly desirable
  • Clinical experience in elementary or preschool settings preferred
  • Ability to commit to a full 12-week onsite position

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver individualized speech-language therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
  • Track progress, maintain records, and communicate outcomes effectively
  • Provide targeted interventions for students with autism and diverse communication needs
  • Participate in school-based team meetings, as requested
