Step into a rewarding contract position supporting elementary students as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC). Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally K-5
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students reach their communication potential
- Ability to develop and implement tailored therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy, both individually and within groups
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and therapy sessions
- Contribute to the school community by participating in team meetings and professional development
