Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) in New Jersey
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate student records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Deliver services in both individual and small group settings
• Attend team meetings and contribute expertise to promote student success
