Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) in New Jersey
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate student records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Deliver services in both individual and small group settings
- Attend team meetings and contribute expertise to promote student success
