This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful speech and language interventions in a collaborative environment, starting August 11, 2026 through May 20, 2027. With guaranteed weekly hours and a clear focus on student services, you’ll be able to devote your expertise to direct and indirect therapy, assessment, and collaboration—without the expectation of extra supervisory duties like bus or lunch duty.
Ideal Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and/or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations (preferred)
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based interventions for speech, language, voice, and communication disorders
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students across K-12
- Complete thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff for comprehensive student support
- Maintain organized documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and federal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and student support conferences as a speech-language expert
- Adhere to the school schedule with guaranteed weekly hours and no additional district-related duties
