Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based SLP practice
  • Experience with pediatric and elementary school caseloads is highly valued
  • Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and delivery methods, or willingness to learn
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational talents

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to a manageable caseload of elementary students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
  • Incorporate innovative, evidence-based strategies into therapy sessions, both in-person and virtual as appropriate
