Essential Qualifications:
- Current South Carolina SLP License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based settings or strong understanding of special education protocols
- Ability to manage a dynamic K-12 caseload
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services across a varied student population
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with parents and staff on student outcomes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support comprehensive student care
- Engage students using evidence-based practices, adapting interventions to fit individual learning styles
This position offers an hourly pay rate from $50 to $55, reflective of your knowledge and commitment.
