Skills and Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid licensure as an SLP in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and maintain IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
• Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students who may benefit from speech-language intervention
• Maintain regular documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations
