Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and are either licensed in California or eligible for licensure. The Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is a plus, as is experience within school settings, though professionals from healthcare and pediatric backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with IEPs and AAC devices is welcomed, but not required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • California state licensure or eligibility
  • CCC-SLP preferred
  • Previous school-based, healthcare, or pediatric experience an advantage
  • Experience with IEPs and AAC devices preferred, not mandatory
  • Remote candidates must have teletherapy experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver therapy in one-on-one or group settings, adapting strategies to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Document therapy sessions, maintaining thorough progress records
