Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or closely related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Active or eligible California state licensure
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) preferred
- Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices a bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy plans for students
- Provide therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document therapy sessions and maintain thorough, compliant progress records
