Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | El Cajon, California

Qualifications & Skills Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP state license (or eligibility) required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English strongly preferred
• Dedication to individualized student progress and collaborative teamwork

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based setting
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Provide therapy, consultation, and support for students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure holistic student care
