A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide essential support to K-12 students in a dynamic school setting. This contract role offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek during the normal school year, serving a diverse population of learners in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student progress and inclusive classroom practices
• Document and track student progress, providing detailed reports and recommendations
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid SLP credential and relevant certifications
• Experience working with K-12 age groups in a school setting
• ASL fluency is highly preferred to support students with diverse communication needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaborative relationships
• Ability to adapt assessment and therapy methods to individual student needs
