Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student achievement and generalization of skills
• Provide both direct and consultative services based on individual student needs
