Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP process, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state requirements
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student achievement and generalization of skills
- Provide both direct and consultative services based on individual student needs
