Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible CA SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or actively working toward SLP-CFY
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, monitoring student progress
- Maintain accurate records and reports per district and legal requirements
- Engage with families and staff to provide education and resources for student support
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
