Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible CA SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or actively working toward SLP-CFY
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, monitoring student progress
• Maintain accurate records and reports per district and legal requirements
• Engage with families and staff to provide education and resources for student support
