In this role, you will provide a range of evaluation, therapy, and consultation services to preK-12 students, collaborating closely with educators and families to support student success. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible SLP license
  • SLP-CCC or CFY credential (strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric therapy
  • Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and progress monitoring
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure cohesive support
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress monitoring, and required reporting
  • Offer consultation and strategies to school teams, supporting students’ daily success
  • Stay current on industry best practices and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
