As a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week, supporting a diverse caseload that may include students ranging from early elementary to high school. This opportunity near El Cajon, CA, is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about making a difference in pediatrics and school-based settings.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California SLP license; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • School-based and/or pediatric experience highly valued
  • Proficiency delivering both assessments and therapeutic intervention in-person
  • Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy and monitor progress throughout the academic year
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Foster a positive, supportive environment to help each student reach their communication goals
