Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in El Cajon, CA

Step into a rewarding role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school environment. Work closely with a supportive staff at an elementary site serving children from transitional kindergarten through 5th grade—students who present with mild speech and language needs.

In this position, your primary focus will be delivering direct therapy and monitoring student progress. While there will be some assessments involved, you'll find IEP meetings are limited, allowing you to concentrate on working directly with your students and collecting valuable data.

Compensation for this opportunity ranges from $50 to $65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

What will help you succeed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Current, valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children
