School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | El Dorado Hills, California

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Previous experience with school-aged children preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptable to meet the diverse needs of K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person therapy to a range of students from kindergarten to high school
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to create supportive intervention environments
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress records, and compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
