Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP-CCC credentials (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • California state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
  • Experience or strong interest in working across K-12th grade
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans
  • Knowledge of current best practices in school-based speech-language therapy

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of student speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a range of speech and language challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
  • Provide direct therapy services one-on-one or in small groups
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and meaningful recommendations for student support
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
