Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students with speech and language disorders
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation findings
- Lead engaging therapy sessions that target specific speech and language objectives
- Monitor progress, keep meticulous records, and adjust interventions as needed
- Work collaboratively with teachers, psychologists, and other allied health staff for integrated student support
- Provide family education and engagement to support continuity of care
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure — or eligibility for licensure — required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Skillful at working independently and as a collaborative team member
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
