Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged children is advantageous
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
• Deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions targeting established goals
• Diligently track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Collaborate seamlessly with other educational professionals to create a cohesive care approach
• Provide support, guidance, and education to families throughout the therapy process
