What we’re seeking:

• Valid and current Speech-Language Pathology state licensure
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong diagnostic, intervention, and evaluation skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
• Adaptability and initiative in multi-site assignments

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct and consultative services as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to support each student’s progress
• Document assessments, progress notes, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Support students across multiple locations, adapting approaches to best meet their needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on communication disorders
• Stay current on best practices and legal compliance in school-based speech services

Hourly compensation for this position ranges from $60 to $80, reflecting experience and assignment details.
