This assignment offers genuine flexibility—choose between part-time or full-time, shaping your schedule with support needed 2-3 days each week onsite across two or three local schools for the 2026-2027 school year. With a caseload of 50-55 students, you’ll be providing direct, hands-on support that directly impacts early childhood development.

Requirements:

  • SLP-CCC (Speech-Language Pathology, Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Experience in schools or pediatrics, particularly Pre-K strongly preferred
  • California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Knowledge of assessment, intervention, and compliance in school-based settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person speech and language therapy to PK students
  • Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate student records
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff
  • Travel between 2-3 local school sites (one site per day)
