Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) required
- Experience supporting Pre-K students in a school setting
- Background in pediatric speech therapy or educational healthcare
- Capacity and enthusiasm for working in-person with school-aged populations
- Flexibility for part-time or full-time support (2-3 days per week, clinician’s choice)
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 students across 2-3 local school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to Pre-K students in compliance with IEP goals
- Perform assessments, case management, direct therapy, and family/staff collaboration
- Rotate between multiple sites (one per day), providing tailored support to each school
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
