Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current and valid SLP license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Previous experience with school-aged children a plus
• Comfort with IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Collaborative attitude and adaptability within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication skills individually or in groups
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans based on evaluated needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with all regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to integrate strategies in the classroom and beyond
• Provide support and education to families regarding communication development
