Speech Language Pathologist – Part-Time Contract | Elgin, IL

A school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 academic year, providing essential clinical services on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in pediatric speech and language therapy within educational settings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to individual education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify communication disorders.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and healthcare guidelines.
• Participate in meetings and professional development as required.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience working in school-based and pediatric healthcare settings.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Knowledge of speech and language disorders in children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
