Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational environment. This position offers the chance to work with a diverse pediatric population and make a significant impact in their academic and personal development. You’ll collaborate closely with other SLPs, support staff, and educators while delivering services both in-person and via teletherapy.

The position is open to candidates who have completed or are currently in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and to those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Supportive infrastructure is in place for both early-career professionals and experienced SLPs. There is also an opportunity to work alongside Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), contributing to a collaborative service delivery model.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP licensure and/or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educational staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans for students
  • Deliver therapy services in both in-person and virtual formats as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
  • Support and provide mentorship to SLPAs as appropriate
