Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting high school and transitioning-aged students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational setting. Beginning August 18, 2026 and continuing through June 2, 2027, this full-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication journeys, particularly those with complex needs and those utilizing assistive technology.

Work within a welcoming school community, contributing 37.5 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3pm). The focus will be on empowering students at a pivotal age, helping them navigate both academic challenges and life transitions.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Professional experience supporting high school students, including those preparing for adulthood
  • Proficiency with assistive technology for communication and learning
  • Demonstrated ability to work with students with complex needs
  • Commitment to collaborative, student-centered service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to high school and transitioning-aged students
  • Assess speech, language, and communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Integrate assistive technology tools to support students’ participation in the classroom and community
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to maximize each student’s potential
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
