Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • SLP-CCC required, with valid, current licensure
  • Previous experience delivering speech-language services in schools, ideally with grades 6-8
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to organize and manage a caseload of 40 students effectively
  • Familiarity with IEP processes, assessment tools, and progress reporting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to individual students and small groups, following IEP objectives
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
  • Evaluate student speech and language abilities, contributing to assessment and eligibility meetings
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals and classroom integration
  • Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions adjusted to diverse learning needs
